Swinerton recently announced the topping out of Phase Two of The Joinery, a 350,000-square foot luxury apartment community located in Optimist Park. This project consists of two seven-story buildings that provide 360 apartments and 30,000 square feet of commercial space. Expected to be completed by the end of 2023 and mid 2024 respectively, construction costs for Phase Two total $80 million.
