Charlotte Topping Out Celebration at Stiles and Shorenstein Properties

Stiles and Shorenstein Properties recently celebrated the “topping out” of 110 East, a 370,000 square-foot office building located at 110 East Blvd. in Charlotte, NC. The Class A office building is set to become South End’s only light rail platform structure upon completion in March 2024. Developed through a partnership between Stiles and Shorenstein Properties LLC with design by Nashville-based Hastings Architecture and construction by Shelco, LLC., the 23 story highrise offers sweeping views of Charlotte’s Uptown skyline as well as amenities such as parking garage access, 4,000 square-foot fitness center space for flexible conference needs , 11 foot clear vision glass windows ,and 5800 square feet available on the rail platform for retail or restaurant options . In addition to its LEED Gold certification ,110 East also holds WiredScore Platinum status . Cushman & Wakefield’s Jessica Brown and David Dorsch are handling office leasing while Adam Williams from Legacy Real Estate Advisors is responsible for retail leasing arrangements .
