Raptor Realty Investments has sold Carmel Village, a 53,615-square-foot retail center in Charlotte, North Carolina, for $19.9 million. The property, located at 7510 Pineville-Matthews Road, was 91% leased at the time of the transaction.

The buyer was InvenTrust Properties, a retail real estate investment trust (REIT) that focuses on grocery-anchored neighborhood and community shopping centers throughout the Sun Belt. Raptor originally acquired Carmel Village in July 2022 for $19.1 million.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Margaret Jones, Lane Breedlove, and Miguel Alcivar represented Raptor in the sale.

“Carmel Village provides durable cash flow from a dynamic tenant mix along with the ability to mark-to-market rents as tenants’ leases expire,” said Margaret Jones.

Current tenants at Carmel Village include Bonefish Grill, Chick-O-Rico Peruvian Restaurant, QC Tea Bar, Old School New York Bagel & Deli, and Umami PokeRito.
