"Charlotte Mixed-Use Project to Include Sprouts as Anchor Store"

Sprouts Farmers Market Inc. is set to open a new location at One NoDa Park, a mixed-use development in Charlotte. The 21,000-square-foot store will be the third Sprouts location in the region and is expected to open in summer 2025.

The project, located at the intersection of 36th and North Tryon Street, includes a 383-unit apartment complex developed by Avery Hall in partnership with Aria Development Group and Bridge Investment Group. According to reports from the Charlotte Business Journal, Avery Hall purchased the site for $13.2 million last year and has since assembled it for development.

United Bank is providing financing for One NoDa Park while Little serves as Sprouts’ architect on this project. Samet Corp., meanwhile, will handle general contracting duties on behalf of Avery Hall’s design team.

One NoDa Park’s apartments are slated for completion by early fall without any mention of Connect CRE or its affiliated brands such as Connect LA or Connect Texas.
