**Panorama Holdings Set to Begin $160 Million Apartment Project in Charlotte**

Panorama Holdings is on the verge of breaking ground on a new 434-unit rental community in Charlotte, with construction expected to span approximately two and a half years.

According to reports from the Charlotte Business Journal, the development, named Panorama Falcon, will feature two midrise buildings comprising studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom market-rate units. The estimated cost for the project is around $160 million.

Planned amenities for residents include a pool, fitness center, and shared common areas. The project will be located on a 5-acre site at 2211 W. Morehead Street in the Ashley Park neighborhood, in close proximity to the proposed Silver Line light rail.

Samet has been selected as the general contractor, while Osborn Design Group is serving as the project engineer. Interior design will be led by Vignette.

This will be Panorama Holdings’ third multifamily development in Charlotte. The company previously delivered Blue at Northline and Lumeo. Additionally, Panorama Holdings developed Panorama Tower, a 17-story office building in Ballantyne, completed in 2021. That project includes an 186-room AC Marriott hotel and 120,000 square feet of Class A office space.
