Madison Communities has broken ground on Madison at Mallard Creek, a 288-unit multifamily community in the Mallard Creek neighborhood of northeast Charlotte. The new complex will offer 295,092 square feet of rentable space divided among 12 three-story walk-up buildings with an average apartment size of 1,025 square feet.

Residents can enjoy luxury unit finishes as well as integrated clubhouse featuring a fitness center and outdoor lounge area complete with resort style pool deck containing grilling stations and fire pit. Construction is anticipated for completion by 2025.
