Charlotte City Council Approves Three Rental Communities

Charlotte City Council Approves Three Rental Communities

NVR Inc., a leading homebuilder, has recently received zoning approval from the Charlotte City Council for multiple residential developments. The first project will consist of 319 single-family homes and 330 multifamily rental units on a spacious 151-acre site located north of Old Concord Road, east of North Tryon Street, and south of West Rocky River Road.

In addition to this development, the council has also approved two other petitions for multifamily residential units. Wood Partners will be constructing 265 units at the northeast intersection of Albemarle Road and Novant Health Parkway while Penler Development plans to build on a site along Mount Holly Road with up to 268 multifamily units.

This recent decision by the Charlotte City Council marks an exciting new phase in rental community growth within the city. Stay updated with Connect CRE for more news on upcoming developments in Charlotte’s thriving real estate market.
