Charlestown Mixed-Use Urban Campus Completes Construction

Hood Park, a Class A mixed-use development in Charlestown, Boston has topped off. Upon completion, the 20-acre urban campus will feature 1.8 million square feet of office and laboratory space, 100,000 square feet of retail and 335 residential units.

Designed by SMAA Architects & Engineers Inc., the tower addition at 100 Hood Park Drive will add five stories totaling 186,000 square feet once finished; standing 13 stories tall providing over 287 thousand square feet of lab/office/retail space combined.
