The sale of Midway Commerce Center in Chandler was finalized this week, with Creation transferring ownership of the three-building industrial complex to Longpoint Realty Partners for $57 million. The 301,994-square-foot center is situated on 18.3 acres at the intersection of Germann Road and Hamilton Street, making it a prime location within the Chandler Airport infill submarket.
Cushman and Wakefield’s Will Strong and Molly Hunt were responsible for brokering the deal, while Lee and Associates’ Ken McQueen, Chris McClurg, and Blake Peters assisted with leasing efforts during construction by LGE Design Build earlier this year. As part of their involvement in the project’s development process thus far, Creation has invested over $4.5 billion into various ground-up developments across Arizona,Texas California,Tennessee New York,and New Jersey – including their current project Park Algodon located in Phoenix.
