The Chandler Medical Pavilion, a state-of-the-art outpatient medical building spanning 65,931 square feet, has been acquired by Montecito Medical Real Estate for $30 million. The property was previously owned by a joint venture between Unbound Development and Webb Investments.

Completed in 2021 specifically for Banner Health – the largest integrated health system in Phoenix and Arizona – the Chandler Medical Pavilion offers specialized services such as an ambulatory surgery center with three operating rooms, an advanced imaging center, an accredited cardiology department and a Banner Health Clinic providing gastroenterology, endocrinology and orthopedics.

Conveniently located at 1125 S. Alma School Rd., the medical pavilion is situated next to the renowned Banner Ocotillo Medical Center.
