### Porter Kyle Breaks Ground on $60M Build-to-Rent Community in Chandler
Porter Kyle has officially broken ground on **The Wayne**, a $60 million **Build-to-Rent (BTR)** multifamily project in Chandler, Arizona. The 100-unit community will be one of the few BTR townhome developments in the area and marks Porter Kyle’s eighth BTR townhome community, as well as its second project in Chandler.
**The Wayne** is scheduled for completion in **Spring 2026** and will occupy an infill site at **1535 N. Dobson Rd.,** approximately 20 miles southeast of downtown Phoenix. The community will feature **one-, two-, and three-bedroom rental homes**, each with **two-car direct-access garages** and **private backyards**.
Residents will have access to a **clubhouse** with coworking spaces, private offices, a gym, a swimming pool, and an outdoor kitchen. Additional amenities include a **dog park** and a **community trail system**.
Townhome sizes will range from **900 to nearly 1,500 square feet**, with monthly rental rates between **$2,100 and $3,000**.
