The property is fully leased to Stop & Shop and benefits from a net lease structure with Ahold as guarantor, relieving the landlord of any maintenance responsibilities. CBRE’s National Retail Partners team consisting of Jeffrey Dunne, David Gavin and Travis Langer represented the seller in this deal while also securing the buyer.
