In recent years (2023), Sitex Group acquired the century-old Zuckerberg’s Industrial Park from its long-time family owners through their vertically integrated real estate private equity firm status.The firm has since invested in numerous capital improvements to modernize the property for today’s industrial tenants including new lighting and paving throughout the complex along with updated building interiors and signage.
