Century Communities Building 126 Acre Fulshear Mixed Used Development

Century Communities is proposing a new development, Fulshear Junction, in Fort Bend County. The 126.9-acre project will be situated north of FM 1093 and west of Wallis Street, adjacent to the Polo Ranch community.

The development will feature 251 single-family homes on a spacious 100 acres along with five commercial and mixed-use areas totaling over 21 acres. These areas will include shops, restaurants, offices and even a national daycare facility that has already been secured under contract.

Construction for the first phase is expected to begin in summer of 2025 with an estimated completion date for all homes by summer of the following year. According to the development agreement, only up to one hundred homes can be built within each twelve-month period until completion.
