Century City’s 2000 Ave. of the Stars has achieved full occupancy, with new leases from a multinational law firm and Tilt Coffee Bar. This 865,000-square-foot property stands in stark contrast to reports of increasing office vacancies nationwide.
CBRE SVP Patti Gilbert commented on the market’s success: “Century City is a dynamic market that continues to lead the region in terms of performance for the office sector due to its proximity to entertainment industry and executive housing.” Gilbert, managing director Pat McRoskey and SVP Amanda Calof head leasing at Century Park campus which includes 2000 Ave. of The Stars. CBRE itself leased 21,000 square feet while 57,887 square feet were committed by a multinational law firm .
