Central Connecticut Multifamily Property with 63 Units Sold

A private investor based in New York recently acquired The Bleu, a 63-unit multifamily property located in New Britain, Connecticut. Although the price of the transaction was not disclosed, it is known that the property spans 69,386 square feet and offers a range of apartment homes from studios to four bedrooms averaging 905 square feet.

Eric Pentore, Wes Klockner and Ross Friedel from Marcus & Millichap marketed this asset on behalf of an LLC seller and procured its buyer. According to Pentore: “New Britain continues to be an attractive alternative for those seeking more affordable housing than surrounding municipalities can offer due to its pro-growth economic policies which have spurred development activity and improved quality of life.”
