CenterSquare Investment Management has recently acquired Wynne Farms, a 50-unit build-to-rent (BTR) townhome community located in Brownsburg, Indiana. This strategic investment is part of the company’s continued expansion in the Midwest region.
The property consists of 50 two-story townhome units with an average size of over 1,750 square feet. According to Chris Picyk, Senior Vice President of Private Real Estate at CenterSquare, Indianapolis is poised for sustained and steady growth. The acquisition reflects the company’s confidence in this sector and its goal to provide affordable housing options in thriving submarkets across the country.
Similar to their previous acquisition at Casey Corner , these townhomes feature three-bedroom layouts with two-and-a-half bathrooms and high-end amenities such as quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Construction on Wynne Farms is currently underway through a collaboration with M/I Homes, with expected completion dates between September 2023 and February 2024.
This latest move by CenterSquare marks another successful venture into the multifamily market as they continue their expansion efforts throughout various regions nationwide.
