Center "CBRE Facilitates Sale and Financing for Woburn Retail Center"

CBRE facilitated the sale and acquisition financing for MetroNorth Shopping Center, a retail center spanning approximately 38,000 square feet located at 99-103 Commerce Way in Woburn, MA. The seller was represented by CBRE’s National Retail Partners team of Nat Heald and Jordana Roet while the buyer was secured by Calare Properties. Financing for the transaction was arranged by CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance team of Kyle Juszczyszyn and Matt Machiros. The purchase price remains undisclosed.

Juszczyszyn added that CBRE has observed an abundance of liquidity in debt markets specifically targeting well-positioned retail properties with solid sponsorship behind them. This trend is expected to persist throughout 2025 as lenders aggressively seek out opportunities within this sector.
