"Center for Leadership Launches with Inaugural Program by ULI Boston"

The inaugural group of 18 mid-career professionals has been selected by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) of Boston/New England for its newly launched Center for Leadership. This program aims to educate and mentor the future leaders of Boston through a curriculum-based approach.

In January, the Center for Leadership began with a full day of programming featuring dynamic speakers. The topics covered included an overview of current city planning initiatives, an in-depth exploration into various neighborhoods in Boston, and insights on downtown development. Over the course of 11 months, participants will attend eight program days as well as a tour and graduation day.

Michelle Landers, executive director at ULI Boston/New England expressed her excitement about welcoming this first cohort to the Center for Leadership and commended their exceptional leadership potential. She emphasized that this program is designed to cultivate change-makers in land use and development fields within New England. It is expected that these individuals will gain valuable insights, build meaningful connections, and make lasting contributions to their communities through this experience.

This marks another milestone achievement by ULI Boston as it continues its mission to promote responsible land use practices throughout New England.
