**Live Nation to Open New Music Venue at Centennial Yards in Downtown Atlanta**

Centennial Yards Company has signed a long-term lease with Live Nation to open a new live music and entertainment venue in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The 5,300-seat venue will serve as a key anchor for Centennial Yards’ upcoming sports and entertainment district, currently under construction next to the Atlanta Hawks’ State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, home of the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United.

This partnership represents a significant milestone in the ongoing development of Centennial Yards, a transformative 50-acre, $5 billion mixed-use project. The Centennial Yards Company is a joint venture between CIM Group and a consortium led by Tony Ressler.

Progress across the development is advancing rapidly. Live Nation joins a growing roster of tenants and projects at the site, including Cosm—an immersive, 70,000-square-foot, multi-level entertainment venue; Hotel Phoenix—a 292-room upscale hotel; and The Mitchell—a 304-unit residential tower. All of these components are expected to open later this year.

Once complete, the 50-acre Centennial Yards development will feature more than 8 million square feet of residential, retail, hotel, and entertainment space, creating a vibrant urban destination in Downtown Atlanta.
