Celebrity chef Justin Sutherland, along with partners Sherman Associates and Restore Restaurant Holdings, have announced plans to open Pearl & the Thief in Minneapolis’ Mill District. The highly anticipated restaurant will be located at 250 Portland Avenue within the O2 Luxury Tower and is set to feature a high-end whiskey bar, craft cocktails, and a spacious outdoor patio spanning 2,000 square feet.
Sutherland’s award-winning seafood and southern fare establishment was previously based in Stillwater but will now call Minneapolis home. In addition to Pearl & the Thief, Sutherland’s popular Big E sandwich shop will also open its third location within O2.
