Renowned chef Justin Sutherland, along with partners Sherman Associates and Restore Restaurant Holdings, have announced plans to open Pearl & the Thief in Minneapolis’ Mill District. The highly-anticipated restaurant will be located on Washington Avenue within the O2 Luxury Tower at 250 Portland Avenue.
Pearl & the Thief, known for its award-winning seafood and southern cuisine previously served in Stillwater, will also feature a high-end whiskey bar and craft cocktails. Additionally, guests can enjoy approximately 2,000 square feet of outdoor patio space.
“I am thrilled to collaborate with Restore Restaurant Holdings and Sherman Associates to bring Pearl & the Thief back to life in Minneapolis,” said Chef Justin Sutherland. Alongside this venture is his other concept Big E sandwich shop which will open its third location within O2.
