Caves Valley Partners has signed a lease with The Cordish Companies to operate Cece’s Roland Park, an upscale restaurant in Baltimore’s Village of Cross Keys. This 7,000-square-foot eatery will boast indoor and outdoor spaces including a curated patio, main dining area, signature bar and Trattoria-inspired room with an open flame pizza oven. Additionally the outdoor patio will feature seating areas complete with firepits as well as a stage for live music performances. Led by Chef John Suley the menu is set to focus on coastal cuisine inspired by Mediterranean flavors.
Arsh Mirmiran – partner at Caves Valley Partners and lead developer of Cross Keys – commented: “We are being very strategic about the types of tenants we are bringing to Cross Keys; our vision for Cece’s exceeds our already high expectations for an American restaurant along with activating east courtyard.” Construction is underway aiming towards opening in spring 2024.
