**CCI Real Estate Nears Completion of Nova River District in Downtown Rome, Georgia**

CCI Real Estate has announced significant progress on the Nova River District, a vibrant mixed-use community in downtown Rome, Georgia. The project, which features 250 residential units, is now 90% complete, with 60% of the available units already leased.

Strategically located on the AdventHealth ECO Greenway, between West 3rd Street and the Oostanaula River and directly across from Broad Street, the Nova River District represents a substantial redevelopment effort. The community unifies 13 formerly separate parcels into a cohesive neighborhood.

The development includes 178 one-bedroom and 64 two-bedroom apartments, complemented by nearly 10,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Residents will enjoy a selection of upscale amenities, including a heated saltwater pool, fitness and wellness center, two elevated sundecks, two recreational courtyards, and a planned on-site coffee shop.

The community also benefits from convenient proximity to a variety of local dining establishments, retail stores, grocery options, schools, and medical facilities—all within walking distance.

Poole & Poole Architecture served as the architect for the project, with True North Companies fulfilling the role of general contractor.
