### C&C Development Breaks Ground on Lincoln Avenue Apartments in Buena Park
C&C Development and Riverside Charitable Corporation have officially broken ground on Lincoln Avenue Apartments, a new affordable housing community in Buena Park designed to support more than 50 families and veterans in need.
The development will feature four three-story buildings and is backed by funding from multiple entities, including the City of Buena Park and CalOptima Health, which is contributing an $8-million grant to provide housing for Medi-Cal members.
Scheduled for completion in October 2026, Lincoln Avenue Apartments will offer 54 affordable housing units, with special allocations for high-need populations. These include five units designated for student families, 11 units for veterans, and 13 permanent supportive housing units for families and individuals with special needs.
