CBRE Capital Markets welcomes Jeff Hodson as their newest First Vice President in Seattle. He brings a wealth of experience to the Pacific Northwest team, led by Charles Safley and Tom Pehl, who are focused on expanding their regional commercial real estate investment sales practice. Together, they specialize in office, flex space, life science facilities and land transactions.
Before joining CBRE, Hodson held the position of managing director at Newmark’s Pacific Northwest Capital Markets team. In 2020 alone he closed over $2 billion worth of office space deals as well as investments in life science facilities and industrial properties after being promoted to partnership level.
Hodson previously worked at HFF where he served as a senior analyst for Portland’s office market along with assisting with retail transactions throughout the Pacific Northwest region. Executive Vice President Tom Pehl expressed his confidence that Hodson will make an immediate impact due to his extensive background and established connections within the industry.
