Jason Stein has joined CBRE’s Saddle Brook, New Jersey office as Vice President of Debt & Structured Finance. With over 10 years of experience in real estate lending, Stein specializes in financing for multifamily properties, construction projects, substantial rehab assets and senior housing. Prior to joining CBRE he served as Vice President at Greystone where he originated more than $500 million worth of loans with a primary focus on multifamily real estate.
