CBRE has recently welcomed Brannan Knott as the new executive vice president for their Boston office. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare real estate, Knott brings a wealth of knowledge in investment sales, equity placement, debt financing, and portfolio recapitalization. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed transactions worth more than $10 billion in the healthcare sector with a particular focus on outpatient medical deals.
Knott will be joining CBRE’s U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets team which includes Chris Bodnar, Zack Holderman, Cole Reethof,Trent Jemmett,Jesse Greshin,and Jaime Vantsa. Prior to this role at CBRE,Knott was responsible for managing acquisitions and asset management for medical office investments at JLL.
