Mike Macri III, Vice President at CBRE’s West Des Moines office, has been awarded the prestigious Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) designation by The Counselors of Real Estate. This international organization consists of highly skilled real estate professionals who offer expert advisory services to clients on complex property and land-related matters. In January 2024, Macri received this esteemed credential.
With over 20 years in the industry, Macri joined CBRE in September 2018 and currently oversees development projects and properties spanning nearly two million square feet across Iowa and the Des Moines metropolitan area for various landlords and developers.
In addition to his role at CBRE, Macri also maintains a consultative relationship with Ottumwa and Maquoketa cities as well as Jackson County Economic Development.
