CBRE to Lease Class A Office After Renovation by Convergent Capital Partners

CBRE has been appointed as the leasing agent for a 160,000-square-foot Class A office building at 1901 Ulmerton Road in Clearwater, FL. Recently purchased by Convergent Capital Partners from Mercury Insurance Company, KC Tenukas, Kristin Kenney and Nick Baldwin of CBRE will be marketing the eight-story building on behalf of its new owner. Approximately 100,000 square feet is available with spaces ranging from 1,200 to 60,000 contiguous square feet.

KC Tenukas commented that “Convergent Capital Partners acquired this property at a time when the surrounding area is undergoing revitalization efforts. Their plan to invest significant capital will help rejuvenate the property to attract new tenants such as healthcare providers financial services companies law firms and engineering firms looking for headquarters space with views of downtown Tampa and St Petersburg”
Planned improvements for common areas include an updated lobby café conference room and fitness center making it an attractive option for potential tenants seeking modern amenities in their workspace environment .
