Recently purchased by Convergent Capital Partners from Mercury Insurance Company, KC Tenukas, Kristin Kenney and Nick Baldwin of CBRE will be marketing the eight-story building on behalf of its new owner. Approximately 100,000 square feet is available with spaces ranging from 1,200 to 60,000 contiguous square feet.
KC Tenukas commented that “Convergent Capital Partners acquired this property at a time when the surrounding area is undergoing revitalization efforts. Their plan to invest significant capital will help rejuvenate the property to attract new tenants such as healthcare providers financial services companies law firms and engineering firms looking for headquarters space with views of downtown Tampa and St Petersburg”
