CBRE Sells Indiana Logistics Center Building for $13.4M

CBRE has arranged the sale of Building 4 within Mount Comfort Logistics Center, a 318-acre, master-planned Class-A logistics park in Greenfield, Indiana. The private California 1031 buyer purchased the property for $13.4 million. Kevin Foley and Jared Scaringe from CBRE Investment Properties represented the seller Ambrose Property Group in this transaction while Gary Stache, Chris Martin and Bill Maher from CBRE Investment Properties acted on behalf of the buyer.

The 120,336 square foot build-to-suit warehouse was completed in 2021 for U.S AutoForce – a wholesale automotive tires parts and lubricants distributor – situated on 18.9 acres at 4308 W 300 N within Mount Comfort Logistics Center offering access to Interstate 70 providing connectivity to Indianapolis’ Interstate 465 Beltway as well as major interstates throughout Indianapolis area.. “The private buyer closed this transaction in 31 days” said Mr Foley from CBRE’s Investment Properties team .
