CBRE has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for Crunden Martin, a 500,000-square-foot Class A office redevelopment in St. Louis. The property is located at 760 S. Second Street and will be part of the initial phase of the Gateway South Advanced Building Collaboration District development.
Tom Ray from CBRE will market the space on behalf of landlord and developer Good Developments Group based in St. Louis. The first phase of redevelopment plans for Crunden Martin include transforming its seven conjoined buildings into a mixed-use workspace complex with prototyping spaces, offices, food and beverage retail, production facilities, and other amenities tailored to construction-focused tenants.
According to Ray: “Crunden Martin is being transformed into an innovative and collaborative work environment that fosters new ideas and experimentation among building companies.” This major leasing assignment by CBRE marks another milestone in their success as leaders in commercial real estate services.
