CBRE Secures Leasing Deal for San Antonio Logistics Site

CBRE has been selected to handle the leasing for a number of build-to-suit industrial opportunities in southwest San Antonio. These opportunities offer tenants convenient access to Union Pacific Railroad’s extensive 32,000-mile network, connecting markets throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

The site covers an impressive 657 acres within the San Antonio Logistics Park. This prime location is situated alongside Union Pacific’s San Antonio Intermodal Terminal (SAIT), making it an ideal spot for industrial logistics and manufacturing operations. With direct access to Interstate 35, this site provides easy connections between major cities such as Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth and even international destinations like Mexico.

Owned by Union Pacific and developed in partnership with Panattoni Development Company, this industrial park will feature direct rail service and intermodal capabilities. Upon completion of all phases of development plans are set to accommodate over seven million square feet of space dedicated solely for industrial use.

Leading CBRE’s marketing efforts for this project will be Josh Aguilar along with Rob Burlingame and Brad O’Neill from their Industrial & Logistics group based out of San Antonio.
