This prime location is situated alongside Union Pacific’s San Antonio Intermodal Terminal (SAIT), making it an ideal spot for industrial logistics and manufacturing operations. With direct access to Interstate 35, this site provides easy connections between major cities such as Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth and even international destinations like Mexico.
Owned by Union Pacific and developed in partnership with Panattoni Development Company, this industrial park will feature direct rail service and intermodal capabilities. Upon completion of all phases of development plans are set to accommodate over seven million square feet of space dedicated solely for industrial use.
