CBRE has successfully facilitated a new headquarters lease for Sasser Family Companies, a prominent group of rail, automotive, and aviation businesses. The 64,883-square-foot space is located within Oak Brook Pointe in Oak Brook, Illinois – a Class A office building spanning 218,192 square feet.
Sasser’s decision to lease the entire fourth floor and part of the fifth floor at this prime location will support their continued growth in various sectors such as rail transportation and containerized shipping. CBRE’s Jeff Mann expertly represented Principal Asset Management SM – the building owner – while Max Chopovsky from MCCS Realty LLC acted on behalf of Sasser during negotiations. Notably absent from this transaction were any mentions or involvement with Connect LA or Connect Texas.
