CBRE Secures $55M Loan for Buckhead Retail Refinancing

CBRE has secured a $55 million loan through Thrivent Financial for the refinancing of Peachtree Battle Shopping Center in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood. The 152,951-square-foot shopping center is fully leased and anchored by a Publix Super Market. Richard Henry, Mike Ryan, Brian Linnihan and Taylor Crowder with CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance in Atlanta represented the borrower Branch Properties.

Peachtree Battle is situated on 12.6 acres at 2333–2365 Peachtree Road NE and comprises of one free standing grocery building plus single story retail building leased to several tenants as well as three multi story buildings known as Peachtree Battle Promenade .
