CBRE has secured a $55 million loan through Thrivent Financial for the refinancing of Peachtree Battle Shopping Center in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood. The 152,951-square-foot shopping center is fully leased and anchored by a Publix Super Market.
Richard Henry, Mike Ryan, Brian Linnihan and Taylor Crowder with CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance in Atlanta represented the borrower Branch Properties.

Located at 2333-2365 Peachtree Road NE, Peachtree Battle Shopping Center sits on 12.6 acres and consists of one free-standing grocery building as well as single story retail space occupied by multiple tenants plus three multistory buildings known as ‘Peachtree Battle Promenade’.
