CBRE Secures $38.5M Construction Loan for Nashville Retail Development

CBRE has successfully secured $38.5 million in construction financing for the development of Village Green, a new 90,525-square-foot shopping center located in Nolensville, Tennessee.

The borrower, Watkins Real Estate Group was represented by Richard Henry, Mike Ryan, Brian Linnihan and Taylor Crowder from CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance team. The construction loan was obtained through ServisFirst Bank.

Situated on a 16.98-acre site at the intersection of Nolensville Road and Rocky Fork Road just 18 miles south of downtown Nashville,Village Green will consist of nine buildings anchored by Publix grocery store.
