CBRE has elevated Andrew Eisenberg to managing director and market leader for the firm's San Francisco Peninsula operations, overseeing its Palo Alto and Burlingame offices. The promotion places Eisenberg at the helm of the brokerage and advisory platform that serves occupier and investor clients across the Peninsula, a key corridor within the broader Bay Area office market. He steps into the role following a leadership transition earlier this year in which Steffen Kammerer assumed responsibility for CBRE's Advisory Services across Northern California and Reno.
In his new position, Eisenberg is charged with leading strategic planning for CBRE's Peninsula offices, with a focus on aligning the firm's local platform with client demand and broader regional business objectives. His remit includes business development, recruiting, sales management and overall advisory operations for the market. CBRE expects his leadership to underpin the firm's growth on the Peninsula while enhancing its ability to deliver integrated real estate solutions for office users and investors.
Eisenberg's background spans more than a decade in commercial real estate sales management, operations and business development, all within CBRE. He entered the industry as a research analyst with the firm, gaining exposure to market data, trends and analytics before moving into production-side leadership. Over time, he transitioned into sales management roles and most recently served as a senior sales director, supporting revenue generation and team performance.
Throughout his tenure, Eisenberg has been closely involved in shaping CBRE's sales operations both regionally and nationally. His work has included refining processes that support brokers and client service teams, contributing to recruiting initiatives and helping to build a bench of emerging talent across the Bay Area. He has also devoted time to mentoring newer professionals, supporting the development of CBRE's next generation of producers and advisors in the region.
With this leadership change, CBRE is signaling a continued emphasis on a coordinated, Peninsula-focused platform for its office and advisory business. By drawing on Eisenberg's experience in sales management and operations, the firm aims to maintain continuity for clients while supporting ongoing growth in its San Francisco Peninsula franchise.
