CBRE Names James Millon President of Debt and Structured Finance

CBRE has appointed James Millon as President of U.S. Debt and Structured Finance (DSF) for the United States, effective November 1st. In this role, he will lead CBRE’s DSF business in the U.S., expanding debt and structured finance capabilities nationwide from his base in New York City.

Millon brings extensive experience to his new position; having originated over $75 billion in commercial real estate loans during his career including HNA’s $1.77 billion financing of 245 Park Avenue, Blackstone’s $1.70 billion Cabot Industrial Portfolio financing and Oxford’s Project Newport Industrial with a loan totaling $1
