CBRE Capital Markets has added a market-leading multifamily investment sales team to expand its presence in Central and North Florida. Led by Vice Chairmen Denny St. Romain and Jubeen Vaghefi, the team will focus on institutional multifamily sales, land development sales, structured debt and equity finance, as well as private capital sales. Joining them are First Vice President Alex Kupp, First Vice President Scott Peek and Senior Vice President Charles Crapse who have collectively closed over $55 billion in transactions involving investment sale deals, debt placements and national portfolios.
