CBRE successfully leases 100,000 square feet at Joliet Marketplace to reach full occupancy. The most recent transaction was a 3,500-square-foot lease with UrgentVet, set to open in spring of 2023.
Sean McCourt and Joe Parrott of CBRE represented building ownership for IG Capital in the deal. Located at the busy intersection of Jefferson Street and Larkin Avenue, Joliet Marketplace is less than one mile from an I-80 interchange.
Formerly a K-Mart store that had been vacant since 2016, IG Capital purchased the property in 2020 and enlisted CBRE’s help with redevelopment efforts.
