CBRE Helps Sell Two South Florida Hotels

Kolter Hospitality, a Florida-based company, has purchased the Hyatt House and Hyatt Place in Dania Beach, FL from a New York-based seller. The two properties together total 292 keys. Christian Charre, Paul Weimer and Jennifer Jin of CBRE Hotels represented the seller in this transaction.

Charre CBRE executive vice president stated that “the buyer was drawn to these properties due to their location, branding and strong performance” noting that the Hyatt House offers suites for extended stays while the Hyatt Place attracts business travelers thus widening its appeal to diverse travelers.
The hotels are located on neighboring parcels along Interstate 95 within Dania Pointe – a 102-acre mixed use development with more than 1 million square feet of office space as well as retail space and over 1 thousand multifamily units.
