CBRE Helps Sell Fully Rented Tampa Office Campus

CBRE facilitated the sale of One Independence Park, a 115,740-square-foot office property located at 4110 George Road in Tampa, FL. A Virginia-based private real estate investment company acquired the fully leased asset from Highwoods Properties Inc., a publicly traded REIT headquartered in Raleigh, NC.

Senior Vice President Dale Peterson and CBRE Capital Markets colleagues Joe Chick, Kristen Hagen Courtney Snell and Nick Sharpe partnered with Jimmy Garvey of CBRE Advisory & Transactions to represent the seller. The three-story building sits on 9.2 acres within Tampa’s Westshore submarket and features functional floor plates plus a multi-story atrium supported by above market concentric surface parking.
Two tenants – WiPro LLC and HealthPlan Services Inc.- occupy most of the space at time of sale .
