CBRE facilitated the sale of Seasons at Farmington Reserve, a 228-unit multifamily community in Bend, Oregon to ColRich. Representing the seller, Seattle-based Security Properties was CBRE’s Josh McDonald, Joe Nydahl and Phil Oester.
Located at 61560 Aaron Way and built in 2017 on 7.05 acres of land with nine three-story residential buildings and a clubhouse featuring one-and two bedroom floorplans averaging 916 square feet; this garden style community is just south of Reed Market Road and five minutes east from Highway 97 as well as being within close proximity to retail centers, entertainment venues and recreation areas.
“Due to its relatively low cost of living combined with its reputation for outdoor recreation activities plus status as an economic hub east from Cascades; more remote workers have decided to call Bend home which has increased population base while improving incomes thus driving demand for high quality rental housing,” said CBRE’s McDonald.
