"CBRE Helps Arrange $81 Million Purchase of LogistiCenter in Seattle"

CBRE, a leading commercial real estate company, recently closed the sale of LogistiCenter @ Oxbow in Seattle, Washington. The 202,464-square-foot distribution facility was sold to EQT Exeter Real Estate Income Trust for $81.5 million with representation from CBRE National Partners West’s Brett Hartzell and Paige Morgan.

The property is situated on 45.1 acres at 2871 S. 102nd Street and was completed in 2021. It is currently fully leased to a global e-commerce user and offers desirable features such as low coverage at only 10%, a clear height of 36 feet, spacious truck courts measuring at least135 feet long,and full drive-around capability.
