CBRE has successfully arranged the sale of the University of Maryland Laurel Health & Wellness Medical Office Building (MOB), a 55,598-square-foot facility located at 7140 Contee Road in Laurel, Maryland. The buyer, UDLR Partners, acquired the property for an undisclosed price.
The CBRE U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets team—comprising Chris Bodnar, Brannan Knott, Mindy Berman, Zack Holderman, Cole Reethof, and Jesse Greshin—along with Tim Connolly from CBRE’s Bethesda, MD leasing team, served as exclusive advisors to the seller, Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate.
Delivered in the spring of 2024, the Class A facility is fully leased on a triple-net basis and features a long-term weighted average lease term (WALT). It is situated on the campus of the University of Maryland Laurel Medical Center, contributing to a multi-phase development plan aimed at establishing a premier health and wellness campus.
