### CBRE Secures Lease at Downers Grove Office Complex

CBRE has successfully arranged a 46,187-square-foot lease at Corridors II, an office building owned by Group RMC within the Corridors office complex in Downers Grove, Illinois.

Ryerson, one of North America’s largest metal distributors, has signed the lease and is set to occupy the space in November 2025. CBRE’s Pete Adamo and Adam Lawler represented the Corridors ownership in the transaction, while Jordan Rovito and Dirk Riekse of Cushman & Wakefield represented Ryerson.

Corridors is a 500,000-square-foot, three-building suburban office complex strategically located at the intersection of I-355 and I-88.

“Well-capitalized assets like Corridors, along with ownership groups such as Group RMC that utilize innovative financing structures to provide upfront capital for tenant improvements and leasing costs, have a distinct advantage in the market and can secure long-term tenant deals,” said Adamo.

A recent CBRE report highlighted that office leasing volume in Chicago’s suburbs increased steadily throughout 2024, driven by manufacturing and logistics companies, as well as business and financial services tenants.
