CBRE has successfully secured multiple new office leases and renewals at The Eisenhower, a top-notch Class A office complex located in Livingston, NJ. Owned by Eastman Companies, the property boasts 10,200 square feet of prime commercial space. The transactions were facilitated by CBRE’s expert team consisting of Jon Meisel, Erin Wenzler and Dan Casey who represented both Eastman Companies and P3RE in all negotiations.
The newly signed leases include Sobel Tinari’s 4,200-square-foot lease for their corporate headquarters as well as a commitment from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for 1,300 square feet.
