CBRE Arranges Sale of Seattle Gateway I & II in SeaTac Market
CBRE has successfully arranged the sale of Seattle Gateway I & II, a pair of fully leased logistics facilities totaling 458,707 square feet located in Seattle’s SeaTac market.
The transaction was led by CBRE National Partners’ Brett Hartzell and Chris Reeves, who represented the seller. Commenting on the deal, Hartzell stated, “This sale represents the continued strong interest in our market by institutional investors who see the market firming up in the near term, and confidence in the long-term strength of the Puget Sound industrial market.”
Seattle Gateway I & II are located at 14237 Des Moines Way South and 1021 S. 146th Street in Burien, Washington. Strategically positioned just north of SeaTac International Airport, the facilities boast immediate access to key transportation arteries, including State Route 518 and State Route 509.
Built in 2018 by Panattoni, the properties offer premium industrial features, including excellent ingress and egress, configurable tenant suites between 50,000 and 250,000 square feet, and truck courts ranging from 130 to 233 feet. The facilities are currently fully leased to four tenants, underscoring strong demand in the region’s industrial sector.
This transaction highlights the growing interest in high-quality logistics and distribution properties within the greater Puget Sound area.
