CBRE recently facilitated the sale of The Trails, an 85-unit build-to-rent community located in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Curtis Capital Group acquired the property for an undisclosed price.
Ted Abramson , Mark Seger and Jeremy Fink from CBRE represented the seller in this transaction. Mr. Abramson is a leading member of CBRE’s Build-to-Rent team in the U.S., with expertise specifically focused on properties in the Midwest region.
